December 2016 - Positive has implemented the use of Canada Post’s AddressComplete for several of its service offerings to Clients. This will ensure that the most up-to-date and accurate data is captured in our systems, and shared with our Clients.

June 2016 - Positive is currently rolling out its new secure online portal – connect2™; this not only allows Clients to input and track their orders as well as manage their inventory, but also provides insights into campaigns through real-time reporting, many of which have been custom built to meet the individual needs of each of our Clients. This system has been developed to work on multiple platforms, and is based on client feedback to ensure a user-friendly experience while maintaining the flexibility and functionality that its Electronic Fulfillment System (EFS) offered.

June 2016 - Positive’s healthcare division, Pharmilink Healthcare Marketing Services, has seen a substantial increase in the demand for its Physicians’ Pharmilink Selective Sampling and Communications Program services over the last 9 months. This demand not only comes from the healthcare professionals ordering the product samples and literature, but also from the healthcare companies in the Canadian marketplace. May 2016 - Positive has installed a back-up power generation system to maintain power to the complete facility in the event of a power failure. This system will allow us to remain in operation – from our servers, to our co-packing/kitting machinery – even if power-related issues are encountered.

March 2016 - Positive has substantially increased its racked storage ‎capacity in order to fulfill the demand of our clients’ inventory needs.

June 2015 - Positive has consolidated its facilities, increasing its operating area by 30%. With 90,000 square feet of production and warehousing space, Positive can accommodate its clients’ needs even more efficiently and effectively than before.

May 2015 - From May 6-9th, Pharmilink Healthcare Marketing Services, a division of Positive Fulfillment Services Ltd., will be participating in the Primary Care Today conference. This is the largest annual inter-professional conference in Canada which focusses on primary care. There are over 3,800 health practitioners from across Canada who participate in this conference. December 2014 - Positive achieved an important milestone by shipping its “500,000th Physicians’ Pharmilink Sampling and Communication program order.” The continuous growth of Positive within the Healthcare industry demonstrates its role as a leader in the market.

October 2014 - Positive purchased new bundling machinery in order to increase its shrink bundling capacity, while offering more flexibility to its clients’ needs, thus, giving Positive the ability to design and deploy unique solutions for its clients.

June 2013 - Positive has completed the expansion of its temperature controlled facilities, bringing its total space available for products requiring 15-25 degree storage to 40,000 sq. ft.

April 2013 - Positive's continued corporate social responsibility. We are pursuing our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint by installing high efficiency lighting in our facilities.

March 2013 - Positive is growing again. We have recently expanded our facilities to a total of 80,000 sq. ft to better service our Clients’ individual needs, while still offering them the same high quality of service they have become accustomed to.

January 2012 - Positive is Growing. We have expanded our facility by 50%, giving us the capacity to meet our clients’ various production timelines while continuing to provide the superior service they have come to expect from us.

May 2010 - Positive Invests in Additional State-of-the-Art Shrink-Wrapping Machinery. Due to a continued increase in demand for Positive’s co-packing services, we have substantially expanded our shrink-wrapping capabilities with an investment in a new fully-automated shrink system. This state-of-the-art system, which is already in production, allows for both increased production through-put, as well as the ability to handle larger dimension products.

June 2009 - Positive continues to reinforce and expand its lettershop capabilities by investing in a Bell + Howell automated intelligent inserting machine, and a new high speed ink jet addressing system. The equipment facilitates a wide variety of applications, including automated insertion of product samples.

April 2009 - A global, diversified healthcare company chooses Positive to provide fulfillment services for their literature and promotional support materials in Canada. The extensive services provided by Positive will be supported using Positive’s proprietary Rep Direct system.

October 2008 - Positive is chosen to handle the Canadian logistics for prominent global manufacturer of fashionable, eco-friendly reusable shopping bags. Consumer and retail orders for this successful brand will be fulfilled by Positive.

August 2008 - Positive is pleased to announce the successful launch of its latest Electronic Fulfillment System (EFS), Version 3.0. Among the list of important added features, is the ability for customers with serial number driven products and certificates to receive more dynamic reporting features.

July 2008 - Positive has successfully obtained its "Site Licence, Natural Health Products Directorate" from Health Canada.

July 2008 - Positive aquired a NEW high-speed Xerox digital imaging system – delivering maximum speed and versatility. With this new machine Positive can meet even the most demanding digital imaging requirements.

November 2007 - Pharmilink Healthcare Marketing Services (a division of Positive Fulfillment Services) was chosen to handle 3rd Party Physician sampling (through our Physician's Pharmilink program) for one of the world's largest Consumer Healthcare Companies.

October 2007 - Positive has successfully upgraded its Establishment Licence from "Wholsesale" to "Packaging/labelling" issued by Health Canada.
