For this world renowned client’s major fundraising program, an end-to-end solution for receipting, custom imaged “welcome/ thank you” letters, and premium fulfillment was required to expedite responses to donations and handle peak volumes that occurred seasonally.

SOLUTION Positive worked closely with the client and their donation processor to set-up a streamlined system to receive electronic donor data securely that could be seamlessly processed same day, even with the multiple configurations of letterheads, inserts and premiums. With donations concentrated in key seasons, Positive was able to use this process to manage the seasonal fluctuations in volume, allowing the client to effectively fulfill all donor requests with the highest level of service. As a result, this not-for-profit client was able to build and manage increased volumes with no effect on service for new donor acquisitions and loyal repeat donors.
